However, this surge in demand led to longer lead times – a situation that didn’t align with our dedication to offering quality products promptly and affordably.
In response to this challenge, we embarked on an ambitious expansion project that is set to revolutionize our manufacturing capabilities and enhance our ability to serve customers from across the country. If you’ve been following our expansion journey, you’ll know that we welcomed new equipment in December. Now, as January rolls in, we’re excited to provide an update on our progress and what lies ahead!
New Equipment, New Horizons
Our new equipment is up and running, marking a significant milestone in our expansion journey -but, there’s still a curve when it comes to production and filling orders promptly. The reason behind this curve is our commitment to quality.
Each new mold we work with takes approximately two weeks to set, ensuring that every stone veneer panel we produce maintains the high standards we’re known for.
To address this challenge, we’ve increased our mold capacity by 20% with a goal to double our production from last year. While the building itself is still a few months away from being fully operational, late spring is our target. This expansion represents a substantial leap forward in terms of capacity, efficiency, and lead time reduction.

At Affinity Stone, we understand that product quality is non-negotiable. We’ve taken customer feedback seriously and have doubled down on quality control measures. Color consistency is a key focus area, and we’re dedicated to ensuring that our stone veneer panels meet the highest standards.
